Recovering a lost or forgotten password

How to change your password while you're logged in:

  1. From your logged in account, click on the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of your screen and select My Account.
  2. A pop-up will appear, scroll to your current password and enter your new password.
  3. Save your changes by clicking Save.

How to send yourself a password reset via email:

  1. From the sign in page on spendgo.com, select the Forgot password? link or click here.
  2. Enter your account email address you want to receive the password reset email.
  3. Check your email inbox. Spendgo will immediately send a message to your account's email address.
  4. Click the reset link in that email.
  5. Choose a new password.
Note: The password reset links included in these emails are time-sensitive. If you click the link and it doesn't work, try requesting a new one and use the link as soon as you can.
