Points & Rewards

You can check your points and rewards by signing into your rewards account. Once logged in, you can view your points and digital receipts. If you feel your points, rewards or digital receipts do not match your activity, the most common causes are:

In-store internet down
If the internet connection is down at the store you shopped at your points will sync once the internet connection is restored.

Phone number not entered at purchase
To claim points, your phone number must be entered in the Guest Terminal before you pay. If this is not completed before payment, your receipt will not be claimed. 

Don't worry, you can still claim your points. The best and quickest way is to get a copy of your receipt and send us as much details as possible.
